The news of Ellen's passing has saddened my heart. We were childhood friends. I have such good memories of the times spent at the Snider house. Ellen, Paul, my sister Darlene and I had many adventures filled with laughter and great imagination.
We lost touch as friends often do but I will never forget how wonderful it was to know Ellen growing up. I will treasure the fond memories. I offer my deepest condolences to family and friends.

Tony and Girls,
We are so sorry. There are no words to express what the loss of such a wonderful person and a true friend means. I will always remember our times together over coffee and our early morning black Friday shopping. "I will miss my friend."

Mr. Alli, Andrea & Carolyn,

I am so sorry for your loss. You all have been the most amazing caregivers for a woman who spent her life caring for others. Being a nurse is one of the most rewarding jobs that there is and I know that Mrs. Alli touched more lives than any of us could ever know. I pray that your family finds peace in this hard time, knowing that Mrs. Alli is pain-free and at peace. My thoughts are prayers are with you.

Xoxo,
Colleen McNamara

There are so many wonderful memories of times spent with you and Ellen. The laughs, escapades and so on. They are something we will always treasure. Ellen is an inspiration to so many. She handled her illness with the strength and determination to not keep her down. She always put others before herself and her caring never went unnoticed. She has been a blessing in our lives and we are better people for knowing her. I know she is in the arms of the Heavenly Father and looking down from the windows of Heaven at us all. She is beautiful inside and out and were are grateful to call her friend.

To Ellen's Family,

We are deeply saddened by Ellen's passing. She was a delightful, compassionate woman, with a smile that lit up the room. When I worked with her at Memorial, I always knew that whatever task she was given, it would be done to the very best of her ability. She was kind, generous, and sweet. She will be greatly missed by one and all. May she rest in peace in the loving arms of our Lord.

Love,

Dear Tony, Carolyn, Andrea and Family,
Words cannot express how deeply saddened we feel about the loss of such a beautiful person both inside and out. Her strength to continue on and always hold her head up high and never complain was unbelievable. I will always remember working together as a new nurse together and all the laughs we shared. She was an amazing friend and I was so blessed to have my son Joe work together with her at Fidelis and see how very special she was. May God give you all the strength during this difficult time. With sincere sympathy, Love Shawn and Pat Nigh and family.

Tony, Carolyn, Andrea and Family,
Words truly cannot convey the sadness that we feel with the loss of such a beautiful lady. What amazes us is how Ellen continued every day with strength and grace and never seemed to run away from the challenges of the day but would run towards them as to say the only way to escape fear was to trample it beneath her feet. God made this beautiful person and now he holds her in His Grace. May He Bless each of you and give you whatever strength is needed as he gave your beautiful Ellen. Walt Disney said "In Bad times and in Good, I've never lost my sense of Zest for Life" and that truly was Ellen.
