To the Baldwin family and friends please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your love one William. In God's word the Bible is a wonderful promise for the loved ones we have lost in death the reason why he sent his son Jesus Christ John 3:16; 5:28,29 and Revelation 21:3,4. Please read this magazine titled what does the Bible say about life and death on jw.org website it will bring you a measure of hope and comfort in this time of grief and sorrow.

Dear Chuck, Sue & Adam,
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Bill. I enjoyed his stories and his company on many outings over the past few years. He loved talking about how he raised "Swissy" dogs, enjoyed snowmobiling in the 1970's,loved aviation, his work on the airbase and growing up in Pekin/Sanborn but most of all I will always remember how his face would absolutely light up when telling me stories about when chuck was a boy and all the antics and crazy things he did. Bill was a fighter and fought a good fight until the very end. Take comfort in all the wonderful memories you have of him as he now rests peacefully in a better place, With much Love, Kathy Otto

Bill ran an outstanding Life Support shop and the pilots and navigators from the 107th were lucky to have him. Blue skies and fair winds Bill.

As one of the fighter pilots in the 107th Fight Group, I always had to quality life support equipment, and I always gave Bill the credit for that. He also managed to arrange excellent ground and water survival training for us. I am saddened to learn of his passing, but happy to remember his legacy.
